Fourth Street CrossFit – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

Membership is subject to approval by Fourth Street CrossFit. Members must be at least [age] years old. Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice according to the terms stated in the membership agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information collected will be managed according to the Fourth Street CrossFit Privacy Policy. Fourth Street CrossFit may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Fourth Street CrossFit reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by the laws of MS. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

9. Carrier Requirements

a. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

b. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
